In love with the wooden interior designed room with sustainability in mind, all amenities are made of wood and recyclable. I am highly satisfied with the large king-sized bed and soft pillows. The room was kept clean every day and I also enjoyed engaging with the friendly hotel staff. The breakfast spread was really delicious as well.

Because I'm a platinum member, I was upgraded to a Fairmont Gold Suite room (without gold lounge access). Request a happy anniversary to be given a towel art cake and the best view towards GBK. Free late check-out until 16.00. free all you can drink at K22 rooftop from 6-8pm. Thumbs up for reservation team. Unfortunately, the reception seemed to have forgotten to give me a welcome drink voucher. But it's okay, we've got all you can drink. When we arrive, all the bell boy and security seems busy, so no one help us about the luggage, and finally a female security help us. Where's the man? The Fairmont Gold Suite has spacious Room with separate living and sleeping areas. The living room has a dining table, relaxing sofa and powder room. Meanwhile, the bedroom has a work desk, sofa bed, mattress, walk-in closet and bathroom. The room has a masculine impression because the wood color is dominant. Smooth TV Wifi. The mattress pillows are also in excellent condition. To open and close the curtains, use the remote. There is a coffee machine, the tea uses TWG and the coffee capsules use illy The bathroom is spacious, there are 2 wash basins, shower closet and bathtub as well as a dressing table. Complete amenities using the Le Labo brand. Hot water, cold water smoothly. For hotel facilities there is a swimming pool, jacuzzi. Unfortunately, because it's a business hotel, the swimming pool is an ordinary box and the children's pool is also really box-y, there's nothing special about it. Luckily there is a decent jacuzzi. Breakfast is buffet. The restaurant is very busy. The food are very delicious, and there are lots of delicious variants. The menu 1. Fresh Juice, chilled juice, bread, pastry, egg station, bacon, frittata, noodle station, vegetable rice cake 2. Dimsum (siomay, tofu skin, kuo tie, pao, hakau), sausage, sushi, jellyfish, tempura 3. Chicken wings, fried food, Hainanese rice, salt pepper chicken, beef blackpepper, steam fish soya sauce, capjay, nasgor 4. Siomay Bandung, potatoes, tomatoes, beans, mushrooms. Beef pasta, chicken soup, cereal, milk 5. Avocado sandwich, avocado roll, corn fritters, tuna tataki, guacamole, salsa, salad 6. Yogurt, pita bread, cold cuts, pickles, quiche, cheese, fruit (watermelon, melon, papaya, pineapple, dragon fruit), compote, chicken porridge, green bean porridge

We had the best Eid holiday ever at Fairmont Jakarta! Seriously, it's the epitome of a 5-star hotel with incredible service and facilities. Every staff member was super helpful. When my daughter got sick one night, I called the hotel clinic, but the doctor had already left (it was 9:30pm). So, the concierge, Pak Surya, came to the rescue! He dashed to the mall next door, grabbed some paracetamol, and saved the day in less than 20 minutes. Talk about dedication! Fairmont Jakarta totally gets it—they treat you like family and make sure your stay is perfect. No doubt, it's hands down the best 5-star hotel in Jakarta. Can't wait to go back!
